That’s where you come in. As our Support & Operations Specialist , your main focus will be on providing first-line support. Helping users and colleagues with tools, systems and daily challenges. Alongside that, you’ll take care of essential administrative and operational tasks in people, security, among others. You will be making sure everything is well organised and compliant.
Your Role
This position is support-driven, complemented by a range of administrative tasks within people, security and operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and areas, including:
First-line support - Be the first point of contact (via email, phone, tickets) for colleagues, healthcare professionals and patients. Solve issues, provide guidance, and make sure users get the help they need.
Troubleshooting & escalation - Identify root causes quickly, provide solutions or workarounds, and escalate to the right specialists when needed.
Tool & system management - Maintain internal tools, keep documentation up to date (manuals, FAQs, guidelines), and support audits to ensure ISO and GDPR compliance.
People, security & admin tasks
Onboarding and offboarding colleagues
HR & contract administration, absence registration
Managing workplaces, devices and access rights
Organising security & privacy trainings

Salary: up to € 3.200,- gross per month (based on 32 hours - that's full-time at Luscii).

Experience in a support-focused role, helping colleagues, clients, or users solve problems.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Proactive and solution-oriented, spotting issues early and taking initiative.
Flexible and adaptable, able to switch between tasks, teams, and departments smoothly.
Strong organisational and communication skills, keeping processes clear and easy to follow.
A friendly and collaborative mindset while you’re also confident enough to set boundaries and make decisions yourself when needed.
This position requires you to live in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to fill this role from abroad.
