Add value to healthcare by developing high class applications

Job description

At Luscii, we build apps that impact millions. Every day. With our Luscii and OMRON Connect apps, people around the world monitor and manage their health using connected devices. Our international development team is up and running, and now ready to grow with new, talented colleagues.

As a Mobile Developer, you’ll help shape the future of our iOS and Android apps. From Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Multiplatform to SwiftUI and BLE integrations, you’ll work with modern architecture and clean, scalable code to deliver a great user experience. Ready to make an impact? Let’s explore the possibilities together!

Imagine a patient who can check their blood pressure at home instead of rushing to the hospital. Or a doctor who can follow dozens of patients at once without being tied to endless paperwork. That’s the power of remote patient monitoring: it creates more time and space for care, while giving people control over their own health and recovery.

You will make this possible. By building seamless iOS and Android experiences, you ensure that every measurement feels simple, reliable, and empowering for both patients and healthcare professionals.

What you'll do

  • Develop and optimize native iOS and/or Android apps with a focus on performance and usability

  • Contribute to the architecture and design of our mobile codebase

  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts in early stages of development

  • Implement features that communicate with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices

  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues to ensure app stability

  • Review code and help set standards for implementation across the team

  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product, and support

  • Stay up to date with the latest mobile trends (e.g. SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, etc.)

We work remote-first, with team members in both the Netherlands and the US. Our holacracy-driven culture gives you the freedom to take initiative and shape your role beyond job titles.
