Add value to healthcare by developing high class applications

Job description

At Luscii, we build digital health solutions that create space for care, used by millions worldwide through OMRON Connect. As our new Medical Mind, you will become part of a close-knit, international team spread across the Netherlands and the UK. In this key position within our expanding UK team, you are going to help shape and advance Luscii’s digital health services. By doing so, making a real difference in the daily lives of both patients and healthcare professionals.

Acting as a Clinical Expert and as a vital link between clinical care and digital innovation, you will play a key part in shaping how Luscii’s technology enhances patient outcomes. In close collaboration with NHS partners, care pathways are designed and tailored to align with both national guidelines and local needs, ensuring clinical safety and operational relevance.

Luscii’s extensive library of over 150 clinical programmes will be adapted to support specific NHS priorities, helping local teams embed digital tools into routine care. Clinical knowledge will also inform meaningful dialogue with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term engagement.

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Work alongside NHS clients to localise and optimise Lusciiʼs care programmes;

  • Safeguard clinical integrity by contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reviewing care pathways;

  • Leverage the full potential of Luscii’s technology to design innovative, clinically effective workflows;

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK clinical guidelines, regulatory frameworks, best practices and digital health standards;

  • Join meetings with prospects to offer clinical insights and foster long-term relationships;

  • Facilitate smooth adoption by translating clinical needs into clear, actionable insights for technical teams.

Why Luscii

Work smart, live well – We work four days a week. Because rest fuels creativity, and life outside of work matters too. Our rhythm is focused, efficient, and deeply human.

Remote-first and flexible – Work from anywhere in the UK. Join stand-ups from your kitchen table, collaborate with teammates across Europe, and meet up in person when it counts.

Learn fast, grow faster – Innovation in healthcare means always being curious. At Luscii, you’ll be part of a talented team that’s constantly learning, sharing knowledge, and pushing boundaries.

A culture that feels right – We build serious things, without taking ourselves too seriously. Expect fun, ownership, trust, and celebration, because great work deserves it.
