Digital Health Program & Support Specialist

  • Remote
    • Netherlands

Job description

At Luscii, we empower healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective remote care. Every patient measurement, educational module, and message in our app is supported by a structured process. Our care programs are based on carefully designed workflows, continuously evaluated for quality, safety, and compliance. None of this would be possible without a strong operational backbone; built on clarity, consistency, and reliability. That is where you come in.

You will play an active role within our support team: assisting patients, hospitals and healthcare professionals directly when questions arise. All while ensuring that users experience a smooth journey with our solutions. In addition, you might work on the digital health programs that enable patients to manage their conditions independently. And at the same time, you will safeguard the effectiveness of our internal tools, processes, and logistics, from Operations to People, so that the entire Luscii team can focus on delivering impact.

Your role spans the full breadth of Luscii’s operations. Whether it’s translating complex medical input into clear, patient-friendly content, ensuring our systems are always audit-ready, or supporting the onboarding of new colleagues. Your work lays the foundation for smarter and more sustainable healthcare worldwide.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (alongside a variety of day-to-day tasks):

  • Manage internal tools, system access, and assets so the team can work securely and efficiently. This includes maintaining ISO and GDPR-compliant documentation, coordinating security and privacy trainings, and ensuring our systems remain audit-ready.

  • Support daily operational processes such as contract handling, payroll, absence registration, and the structured onboarding/offboarding of colleagues.

  • Act as part of the support team by assisting hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patients when questions arise, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accurately.

  • Take care of internal logistics and resources by organising workspaces, devices, and documentation in a way that enables a productive and well-structured working environment.

  • Build and maintain health programs in the Luscii app together with healthcare professionals, ensuring that questionnaires, measurements, and educational modules are practical, reliable, and medically relevant.

  • Translate medical and technical input into clear, patient-friendly content that supports self-management and helps clinicians provide effective remote care.
