Country Lead UK

  • Remote
    • United Kingdom

Job description

Ready to make your mark in the world of digital health? We have a great opportunity for someone filling the role of Country Lead in the United Kingdom. Our mission at Luscii is to create space for care, and we want you to lead this in a culture promoting personal growth and work-life balance.

Your role with Luscii will place you in a vibrant international scale-up environment, collaborating daily with healthcare professionals. Join us in developing and improving Luscii further to make sure everyone gets the best possible care and to create more space for care. We want to reach as many healthcare professionals and patients as possible.

As Country Lead, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will act as a trusted partner building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders while steering Luscii’s growth strategy in the UK.

What you’ll do:

In this role, you will shape Luscii’s impact in the UK by setting priorities and guiding our local team. You build trusted partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers and technology partners, positioning Luscii as a thought leader in digital health and care at home.

At the same time, you coach and inspire colleagues while driving the growth strategy that enables system-wide remote patient monitoring. Briefly, you will be working on the following topics, among others:

Externally

  • Act as a trusted partner for NHS teams, ICBs, Trusts, PCNs and medical professionals.

  • Position Luscii as a partner & thought leader in digital health and care at home, representing our expertise in digital transformation.

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with customers, insurers, and technology partners.

Internally

  • Serve as architect for our UK team, setting priorities, allocating resources and shaping roles within the UK circle.

  • Prioritize efforts and resources to maximize Luscii’s impact in creating “Space for care” across the UK.

  • Coach and inspire our Impact Specialists who work directly with customers to deliver successful implementations.

  • Actively co-create and execute the UK growth strategy, ensuring Luscii can live up to its promise to be the platform for system-wide remote patient monitoring.

  • We operate without formal hierarchies or managers (holacracy) so as a Circle Lead your accountabilities are to effectively allocate resources, set priorities, and determining the fit of roles within the Luscii UK team (circle).

Why Luscii

Real impact, worldwide – At Luscii, your work helps transform healthcare on a global scale. From the UK to The Netherlands and from Africa to Asia, we empower healthcare professionals to guide their patients remotely. If you care about making a real difference at a HSJ-Award winning organisation, this is where your skills matter most.

No managers, just ownership – We believe in autonomy over hierarchy. That means no traditional managers. Everyone takes full responsibility, shares ideas openly, and drives real change, together.

Work smart, live well – We work four days a week. Because rest fuels creativity, and life outside of work matters too. Our rhythm is focused, efficient, and deeply human.

Remote-first and flexible – Work from anywhere in the UK. Join stand-ups from your kitchen table, collaborate with teammates across Europe, and meet up in person when it counts.

Learn fast, grow faster – Innovation in healthcare means always being curious. At Luscii, you’ll be part of a talented team that’s constantly learning, sharing knowledge, and pushing boundaries.

A culture that feels right – We build serious things, without taking ourselves too seriously. Expect fun, ownership, trust, and celebration, because great work deserves it.

Most important benefits

  • Salary: We will determine the salary based on your background and experience together, combined with the final details of the tasks and responsibilities you will ultimately be performing.

  • Remote-first: Work from anywhere in the UK. We stay connected through monthly in-person team days (in The Netherlands, for now) called Assemblii.

  • Flexible setup: Create your own ideal workspace. Whatever works best for you.

  • Culture of freedom: No managers, just ownership. We're organised as a Holacracy: think autonomy, transparency, and shared responsibility.

  • Time for life: We work a 4-day week. Focused, efficient, and human. There is not a limit on the number of holidays. In fact, we’re expecting everybody to work and rest in their own way. Again, based on ownership and autonomy.

  • Continuous growth: Access to courses, conferences, and the space to keep learning. Because you're already intrinsically motivated to stay sharp.

  • Team spirit: You’ll join a close-knit, international team of more than 60 colleagues who support each other and grow together.

  • Fun matters too: Monthly activities, meaningful moments, and a culture where joy is just as important as impact.

  • Saving lives: Making a real impact on other peoples live by working on a software that actually makes a difference.

One more thing. We believe in collaboration over competition. We're not looking for lone wolves. If you love being part of a team, sharing ideas, and lifting others up - you’ll fit right in.

The ideal candidate…

… probably doesn't exist, but if you can tick most of the checkboxes below, please apply!

We are growing fast, so we are looking for people with experience in (health)tech or SaaS-roles. But more importantly, a passion for innovation and transformation in healthcare. Our team is united by a shared purpose: to create space for care. We continuously look for ways to innovate, improve and give NHS professionals the bandwidth to offer meaningful attention to those in need.

At Luscii, we have built a world-class remote patient monitoring platform, used in countries all over the world. At this moment, we are marketleader in The Netherlands and our ambition is to achieve the same goals in the UK. You will play a key role in this ambition.

  • You thrive on building strong relationships with clinical teams and decision-makers, guiding them confidently through new digital care pathways.

  • You have experience guiding and leading teams, ideally in healthtech or SaaS-organisations.

  • You take ownership of projects, leading them from concept to successful adoption with measurable impact in a Holacracy-way of working.

  • You think strategically, spotting opportunities for improvement and translating them into scalable solutions.

  • You collaborate naturally, whether with international teams, sharing best practices, or aligning on strategy.

  • You are results-driven, focused on growth and continuous improvement.

  • You are an excellent communicator, able to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders across the UK healthcare landscape.

This position requires you to be resident in the UK. There is no use in submitting an application if you are not resident in the UK or do not have a native command of the English language.
