We have a great opportunity to lead business development digital health in the UK. Join us in developing and improving Luscii further to make sure everyone gets the best possible care and to create more space for care.

What are you going to do as business developer in Luscii? Luscii is the leading digital healthcare platform for monitoring your patients remotely. You’re here to be a trusted partner for ICB & trust customers, working with them to maximize the impact of working with Luscii. Your accountabilities include closing, extending and amending customer contracts as well as up- or cross-selling Luscii Programs. You are going to create breeding ground for successful implementations at our customers and ensure that ICS and trusts benefit as much as possible from using Luscii in the broadest sense.

You see the bigger picture and can define priorities & strategies. As we are a Holacracy organization, you’re in the driver’s seat to make things happen and create movement while taking up the accountabilities. How you do that is up to you. We have some experience, but are keen to also learn from you, so let’s work together on this. We want to reach as many healthcare professionals and patients as possible.

What makes this all interesting? Luscii is expanding internationally and is able to have an impact in various geo’s. We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial and considered a trusted partner, someone who can convince senior leadership and medical professionals in hospitals to jump on the Luscii bandwagon.

Job requirements

We want to be the best in our field. So we embrace learning and getting better every day. This goes for our products, but also our people. At Luscii, we don’t have to motivate you to keep track of relevant developments in the field of digital health and transformation.

Before diving into our 'wishlist', an important thing to mention is that Luscii is based on teamplay. So we don't look for heroes (only on the dance floor....) but for people who really like to be part of a (international) team that goes the extra mile for each other. 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Holds at least a bachelor degree;
  • 5 years experience in a similar sales or business development role;
  • 3+ years of experience in digital health
  • 5+ years of experience in the health system in the NHS
  • Has a passion for (digital) healthcare, as we all have at Luscii
  • Is interested in learning and working in a Holacracy organization
  • Breaths agile
  • Has a sense for customer dynamics at all levels
  • Can sell value (the ability to translate Luscii to the objectives of the hospital)
  • Builds relationships on trust
  • Is result driven and can close deals
  • Has the ability to push back and say no (we can’t do it all), we need to focus
  • Shows perseverance
  • Inspires teammates with simple and clear communication
  • Works and lives in The UK already and speaks native English. 

Because we are a remote company we have a get-together every month (called assemblii) (in NL for now) and we would like you to join most of them as well throughout the year.
